The Instructor Training of Trainers (ITOT's) Aliganj Lucknow, formerly known as State Staff Training and Research Center Aliganj Lucknow or Central Training Institute (CTI) for Instructors was set up by the Government of India with the objective to train primary the existing untrained Vocational Instructors.
