State Staff Training and Research Center Aliganj Lucknow know as ITOT's (Instructor Training of Trainers or Central Training Institute (CTI) for Instructors was set up by the Government of India DGET with the objective to train primary the existing untrained Vocational Instructors.
Central Training Institute is now developed for training of industrial institutions and ready for India Vision 2022 through National Skill Development Mission (NSDM). we have committed ourself to produce world class skill man power and to establish this institute as world class quality Organization.
OBJECTIVES :
- Development of skill and training methodology of the trainers from state directorates, who in turn will train and make available skilled manpower for Industries.
- To ensure steady flow of skilled workers of the Industry in different trades.
- To raise the quality and quantity of Industrial production by systemic training of potential workers.
- To enhance employbility of educated youth through training for skilled and supervisory jobs.
- To upgrade and update the skills of technical personnel of Industries / Government departments and Organization for diversification in production and for keeping them abreast with the technological Advancement.
- To conduct need based training program for Industries, Departments and Organizations in the from of Tailor Mode program.
- Rendering consultancy in training / production techniques.
